        DNA SEQUENCING SERVICES

           Repfon Glamor has been providing DNA sequencing service since 2006. Our partner laboratory who provides the sequencing service uses
           Applied Biosystems' 96-capillary 3730xl DNA Analyzer, a state-of-art system that allows high throughput sequencing performance and
           features an enhanced optical design that provides a higher signal-to-noise ratio. The resulting signal profile is also more uniform across the
           array.

           Also available:
           Primer walking: single strand read from 2kb to 20kb. Service includes DNA purification, primer design and synthesis, and alignment.

       OLIGO AND PROBE SYNTHESIS SERVICES

          High quality Oligo/Probe synthesis service
          Cartridge purified oligos, which boosts purification levels beyond desalted purification.
          Supplied in lyophilized format for better storage stability.
          All oligos supplied are normalized to 100uM for easier handling and preparation
          Modification available for quantitative assays
